Cancellation Policy

ALL SERVICES
NO REFUNDS
•NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 75% OF THE SERVICE.
•SAME DAY CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE.
IF THE 50% IS NOT PAID CLIENT WILL BE BLOCKED FROM REBOOKING UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID.
•CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24HRS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID 50% SERVICE FEE.
•SAME DAY RESCHEDULE AND OR RESCHEDULES NOT MADE 48HRS IN ADVANCED WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25 AT RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
•10 MINUTE(LATE) GRACE PERIOD
•ANYTHING PAST 10 MIN LATE WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $10
•15 MINUTES LATE=CANCELED APPOINTMENT.
•NO MAKE-UP
BEFORE/AFTER HRS FEE (BEFORE 9AM& AFTER 5PM) & CLOSED DAYS= AN ADDITIONAL $10.

LASH/ FILLS
•50% OR MORE LASHES TO BE CONSIDERED A FILL.
•LESS THEN 40% OF LASHES WILL BE CONSIDERED A FULL SET.
•ANYTHING AFTER 3 WEEKS IT WILL BE A FULL SET.
•FOREIGN FILLS ARE NOR OFFERED
•AN ADDITIONAL $5 WILL BE ADDED TO THE SERVICE IF CLIENT COMES IN WITH MAKEUP.
•AFTER 48 HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT Cloud 9 Lashes IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LASHES.
ANYTHING AFTER 48HRS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
